WE HAVE TITLE AND TAGS!!!! Its legal. Partner on deal going to get car and take to shop now if he can get hold of seller.... Hopefully that is the end of jumping hoops. I will have full update on the car and asking forum advice once we get tonight or tomorrow in our possesion.
