Yep. usually beat the alarm by a few minutes and have a pretty good idea of the time through the day, without looking at a watch.

The thing that surprised me was on the morning of our first full day on our first trip to the UK. We flew through the night the day before and got into Heathrow around 11 AM GMT, picked up our car and traveled to our accommodations, did the usual touristy stuff and went to bed.

In the morning, I opened my eyes at 6 AM as usual and glanced at the clock, amazed that although I was 4 time zones ahead of where I started, my 'clock' had adjusted to local time. I was good to go.

My wife, on the other hand hates time changes.
