Well, here we go again. It looks as though the Crohn's has reared it's ugly head again.

I've been feeling crappy, fatigue and a general malaise.

Now the bad news. I've devloped a perianal abcsess with a fistula.

Let me tell you, you do not know how good you've got it until something likes this sneaks up on you.

The pain is ridiculous. The doc just ran a long wooden q tip from the fistula on the outside into my rectum, straight shot, no local. Holy crap, the worst pain ever.

He is also talking about Remicade,

Anyone have any experience with Remicade?
