The forum is nice, but that site has got to be the worst website design I have seen in ages. Actually, its' very retro.  You'd see site like that (too much crap, too little info) all over the place in 1994 when people figured out you could do more than just text, but hadn't figured out yet it had to add function to a page to be an asset, instead of clutter.
