back from the market, found out uncle is going to eat at his daughters place this evening, where his son in law is going to cook fancy molecular cuisine stuff.

Now that just sounds like a challenge, and there's only one way to answer that:
gonna cook me a simple but classic "Sol meuniere", got me fish from the best fishshop i know, that sol is so fresh it hasn't even realized it's no longer swimming in the North Sea,
real butter and a decent Pouillet Fume to go with the fish...

Can't screw that up (unless i finish that bottle of wine before i even start cooking)
