Fraud?--or am I mistaken?
Just read this ad on eBay, and noticed something interesting in the second paragraph of the description. To me, it sounds like a VIN swap. Am I misunderstanding something here  .

Okay, for all you purests, maybe not fraud because it is being disclosed, but illegal by most DMV regulations?
