Reminds me of a story......sorry if i stray from topic.

I used to work in the coal mines in Queensland. There was one particular crane driver who used to amuse the new guys with his time telling abilities.
When asked the time, he would remove his hard hat, raise it toward the sun, look down at the shadow, raise to the sun ect, then proclaim the time to be..... always right.
He had the kids convinced that he had super powers. Little did they know about the watchface glued in the inside of his helmet.

My father said to me; if i needed to awake at a certain time without an alarmclock; when i go to bed, keep repeating....i will wake up at [insert time].
Dont ask me how, but it works for me.
