How is that for “CUSTOMER SERVICE”?

We are so lucky to have businesses like Elephant Racing and Pelican Parts in our little Porsche world. Where else would you find THE supplier chime in to help solve a problem? Chuck posted here, he didn’t just call his customer. This way everyone gets to see the issues, the diagnosis and the solutions. Impressive.

I sure wish the Forum had been around during the 20+ years I was in the Porsche business (I retired 20+ years ago).
