I commend you for your generosity and time, but as a foster parent to my now adult niece, you are basically a babysitter for the court. It used to p@#^ me off to no end when child protective services would make strange decisions FOR my family, and yes they gave her back to her mother several times from the age of 3 until she was 13. I am sorry for your pain you and yours feel. I know I will never do it again.
