Johnson Leathers. They've been around forever, are very reputable, and can custom-make you anything you want for a reasonable price. A friend of mine had a jacket made from kangaroo, which is much lighter since it can be thinner, and it came out great. I had them make some pants to zip to my Vanson jacket as well as replace the armor in my Aerostitch. Take a look at Aerostitch Roadcrafters, too. Super practical, as you can have it off/on in 10 seconds and wear your street clothes underneath.
