I found out very quickly how much was "too much" for me. Was in England for a bit and ran out of my usual Ginko so went to a local shopping center and found some. As usual popped one at night before hitting the sack and woke up the next morning kinda restless. Same thing the next night and looked at the label on the box.
Turns out that my usual Ginko was 35 mg each and the local version was 95 mg. They were just too strong for my feeble mind and it showed.
