Last night leaving a local watering hole a 99ish Vette made every effort to race me from a double left turn.
Normal revving the V8 - dry hops - zoom zoom.
The light turns green - he takes off with tires burning, fully crossed up, shifts to second, crosses outside line.
I am putting and notice a Police cruiser sitting at light.
Needless to say he got the Vette pulled over very quickly - I putted on by at 15 mph and had to chuckle.
