in B.C., with our lovely government operated/controlled - insurance/licensing/registration monopoly, you often run into situations where a vehicle CAN'T be registered. a perfectly good, running car that due to the rules can't be put on the road. so you have a nice clean SC that can't be registered. do you try and sell it out-of-province? in a market where an SC can be picked up for a bargain anywhere, or part it off and make your money back that way. don't know if that's the situation in this case but I've run into it myself. sucks.....

that's up to 6.5k without touching little stuff or bonus items like sport seats, targa tops or SSI's. I can see the appeal.

ps. that 10k might even be high/optimistic. 7-8k is probably more like it.
