It has been a while since I have owned either one of those cars. If I remember correctly, the ignition modules on the C2T might cause you to have a stroke. Plastic body parts on the C2T are getting hard to find. Seriously though, what I said about the part number thing is true: 965=964 x 5 Just know that before buying one.
Just an FYI: I know of a 996tt w/ 50k on it that was just purchased for $35K and a GT3 in the mid$40k region. These are the only H20 996 I would consider. (Well, maybe a GT2)
I would not buy a standard 996. Unfortunately, Porsche decided to make those cars disposable. Poor quality compared to the aircooled stuff. IMO.
