There were quite a few 964 turbos for sale here and on RL in your range, but I think they sold. The 964 may have superior climate controls over the 930, but I don't know if it is sufficient for Texas summers. The 996 had a very good climate control system, but the na ones are so-so. For a little more, you could get a 996 turbo. I've seen some sold in the mid 30s.
