Having jumped over to the dark side last January with the acquisition of my first beemer,
the R11S, I've limited most of my changes to ergo's with a Rick Mayer saddle, heavy bar-ends (TM) & a Cee Bailey windscreen.
There have also been some aesthetic tweaks to clean up a few things that just didn't look quite right, e.g., black plastic rear hugger vs. Ilmberger carbon, all-carbon front fender vs. 50/50 funky carbon/black plastic OEM model, and removing a few extraneous badges and the black knee grippers from the tupperware.
Now that I'm smitten with the darned thing (who'd a thunk it), I've turned my attention to the business-end of the machine and, first things first, shocks:
