A $30k 964 turbo can be a good driver. However, you need to remember with those higher miles, you will need to have a budget to replace old/worn parts and possibly be ready for a rebuild. I'm not sure how the car was driven over those higher miles, but I don't think it was babied.
A low mileage car is nice to have, but then you don't want to pile on the miles. That is why my 91 turbo with 20k just sites in the garage. Sad, but true.
