If he were my kid he woulda been walking a long time ago.

If he fails to maintain his car that's his problem and if he can't pay to fix it, he walks.

He needs to have his own insurance policy before he gets behind the wheel again.

He goes no where near any vehicle that is not registered in his name.

The accidents are the real issue here.

I understand he's a huge help but with that history I would not put my other child in the car with him.
