Huh? The 911 case was aluminum from production start in 1964 into 1968. There were over 12000 of these cases made before the switch to magnesium. By about 1973 it was evident that the magnesium cases were not up to the task in the RSR and aluminum started coming back. I cannot recall any 356 case I owned that was magnesium.
