buffalo is a mess. population has dropped over 50% over the years and they still have the same size government. there are 13 council members in city hall, it was proposed to cut that number down to 9 seeing that the population of the city is down by 50%.
sounds reasonable, right?
well 2 of the 3 proposed to be cut are black. they are crying racism. it is a full blown race issue now, even though it has nothing to do with that.
johnnie cochran was there when there was another "issue" a few years ago.
