Basically, with oil, use the grade recommended for your climate and then pick the brand that has your favorite color on the bottle. You won't go wrong-

Agreed, Castrol! I use 20/50 in CA. for all my German cars and I put it in the MG as well.

What gas do you use? (another thread has this qestion). In CA it all has additives and I use 76 or Chevron supper (not really supper at 91).
