Last time they switched it on, I had a countdown, augmented by a good amount of boozing. It was like 1:30AM my time. I stayed up with a bottle of scotch, just in case they hit that 1/10000000000 chance it destroyed space time. Turns out that test wasn't the full power test and therefore it wouldn't have been any different that any previous tests... but whatever, gave me a good chance to drink Scotch, which is all that really matters.
