A few notes:
Consistent look and feel. You don't have it. You change the link style on different pages (eg "our store" vs others. A cardinal sin imho. Don't make your user think. The main nav menus move all over - not good.
Name your pages something...not
autowerks storefront
That should be
http://www.autowerks9.com/store/ or something
The faq page has yet another layout/style. Consistency.
I don't like center justified links - in this application I'd left justify (the main links to the left of the page).
Layout/framing shifts on different pages. The design elements that don't change shouldn't move as you go from page to page.
The "storefront" graphic on the front page is confusing. Are those particular products? If so you might want a header for each. Or are they part of the eBay store? Again, if the links had a meaningful name then people would be able to get a little idea what was going on.
If your email links aren't coded in the page you're going to get spammed up the wazoo.
The header links should ALWAYS take you back to the home page. On the contact page it does nothing. Another no-no.
Don't underline things unless they are links (ie on the contact page. Find another way to set the text apart (size, color, etc).
