That is the difference between boxer engined BMW's and the rest. We love our R's not because they are the fastest. We love them because they have got soul (or character) - Flat twin motor, telelever and paralever suspension, weird turn indicator controls, etc. None of the liter bikes will ever have soul. The RR will be a fantastic machine. Will you keep it for a couple of years and still get goosebumps every time you get on it. I don't think so. Would I like to ride the RR? Absolutely. Will I buy one? Don't think so.
