1. Go there and look for video cams.
2. Call the Manager and tell him what happened; but nothing more. He will BS you. Do NOT agree for them to 'fix' it or have anyone they know 'fix' it.
3. Next, contact an attorney and have them send a demand letter and notice of intent to sue. This will include both events. Tell the atty if they have video cams or not.
- You made a huge mistake letting a varlet touch your car. Do not compound that by trying to handle it yourself. You need a professional, an an aggressive one. You will need to cough up ~ $100 for the letter, and that might end it right there. Otherwise, it will be expensive for you, but the varlets may wind up paying that expense.
