Fire Systems is one DIY spray foam company. There should be other products and commercial services available out there.
If the divider walls are insulated as well, one bay could be heated to 90deg while the others stay at 40deg.
I'd also recommend making sure the structural integrity is complete before finishing the inside. You might want an I-beam chain hoist later on, or to combind two doors into one wide one. Depends of usage of course.
I also like the idea of notching in 1x6 or 1x8 boards from corner to corner to keep the walls square.
