If this were a vehicle thread I'd add my 1986 HD Wide Glide. Was a hybrid of sorts. HD had just been repurchased from AMF a few years earlier by a few HD executives. They had to make sure quality was up to snuff. Was the 2nd or 3rd year of the evo and they over engineered the motor. The thing was bullet proof. It was in the original 4 speed frame, (the lowest frame HD ever made), vs. the huge, heavy, & ugly Dynaglide frames, belt drive vs. chain, evo engine vs. shovelhead, and the last year of having a factory kickstart. It WAS the bike that introduced the ducktail rear fender. Loved it when posers would say, "
Oh you added a Softtail fender".

Was an awesome bike.
