I have a bose stereo in my car that has a lot of static. Flicking the treble knob, greatly reduces that static. I got it all apart with the intent of somehow cleaning or repairing it, but quite frankly... i'm *stuck*.
Suggestions? Contact cleaner on the stick of the potentiometer?
