yes contact cleaner, I admire your tear it apart and fix it..........better to just replace it...your trim pots (potentiometers - ala variable resisters) have worn in spots so flicking them rapidly back and forth sorta wipes clean the oxidation.......
works great still on my 1972 Sherwood receiver......I miss my dads old Health Kit stereo.......
who remembers tube testers at the local store. Sweet and smooth they were.
