I know that PG&E was having to credit consumers for overcharges due to prices that ended up being less than forecast. Could have you gotten that one time credit last month (ours came this month), AND had a bad month this month?
I know that sounds ludicrous, but more likely it was a mis-read. AND I know what PG&E is going to say. That even tho the bills are technically incorrect, the NET two month bill is correct.
