Hull Street Blues (about one mile from the Inner Harbor in Locust Point. It's hard to beat for a reasonably priced crab cake or steak...good beer on tap as well. Try Brewer's Art's Resurrection.

Cork's on South Charles Street has a good rep, but can be expensive.
