I can imagine there are strict family's and communities.
But i can't imagine that there would be a law against dancing. That's just beyond my comprehension.
What do they do when they catch somebody dancing? fine?
repeat offenders? jail?
how do they legally define "dancing"
"Aah, yes your Honour, i saw the defendant in his house, and i distinctly saw him tapping with his right foot, to the tune of Frank Sinatra.. It was horrible, i'm still in shock to this day"
I know in Holland, up north they have a couple of areas where they have strict reformist towns... Where they don't allow stores to be open on sunday. The entire town goes to bible class several evenings a week.. several church visits a week...the works.
Where they are so strict and centered around the church, that the only TV in town, is the one owned by the preacher
(because he has to watch TV so he knows what to complain about on TV, and what TV networks to spam with angry "this is filth" letters...
And you can buy a house and move there, but most that do , regret it, because if they see them move in with a TV, and don't show up at church,
they are basically frowned upon vigorously by everybody in town.. I mean they will frown 24/7, even in their sleep, even when it means they get facial cramps...and wrinkles.
Imagine me moving there... They would need to frown like they never frowned before...
