Exactly. "It will not be driven to work" = No you're not covered if you wreck the vehicle going to work. Duh.
I'm covered by Hagerty. Just for the fun of it, I got on-line quotes yesterday from Hagerty, Sneed, Leland West and Grundy. They were $530, $557, $650 and $240 respectively.
You obviously get what you pay for, since there's no way Grundy has survived for 50 years by being as generous as the other companies.
I'm always amused by the TV commercials showing how much cheaper Progressive is than anybody else, for conventional car insurance. Do you want the cheapest insurance, or do you want the best insurance? I insure our other cars, and our home, with The Travelers, which I know perfectly well isn't the cheapest.
