Well gents I'm on my 2nd wind for the night... checked out a new duplex today in the middle of suburbia land, pulling the trigger on it ASAP so I can move out of my hell hole of a house. Time to get celebratory booze..
One of those questionnaire apps on Facebook asked a girl I know "What makes Mike E. mad?" and she replied: "Car alarms and sobriety".
She was spot on.
