It is nice, but in addition to the issues already mentioned there are two other problems that I see.
First, 47k miles over 30 years is about 1,500 per year. If you put miles on much faster than that rate, the value will start to nose dive. In a cold weather climate that's probably 150 - 200 miles per month, in a warm climate its about 100 - 125 per month. So, you are going to have to enjoy looking at it in the garage.
Second, the value isn't going to go up much from here, certainly no faster than normal inflationary increases. This dealer is going to get all the price appreciation. These guys love to throw sky high values on low mileage cars.
The only way I would consider a car like this is if I had another one that I could drive.
