It always feels good to help someone out when the task at hand is something I happen to have the equipment and skills to accomplish easily. I am pretty good at and enjoy the challenge of fixing/building stuff, but I am a lousy business man when it comes to doing jobs for money. The several guys I do aircraft annual inspections for are making out good.
Shaun easily has sent me the value of the job I just did for him in clothing for my nephews over the years. Besides that, I kind of felt just a "little" bad for snubbing him publicly here during the last election. (I still am disgusted by the outcome... but I will admit I was an @ss in the way I expressed it)
