I rent a 3-bedroom house and we pay $135/month (all electric). A few years ago it was $100/month. 35% increase is insane. PA's caps at which they can charge customers is expiring in 2012. Rates are expected to go up 200-300%. I think we're being charged now ~$0.093/kWh
