True. I read a book recently, "a brief history of everything", I think that was the title. If this Yellowstone thing interests you, you'd love this book.
Anyway....There's a chapter on fossils and how rare they are. Chances are if all 6 billion+ humans died today, only about half a human skelton would last to make a fossil. So your right, in a million years, virtually nothing will be left.
