Did I say that ONLY rennlisters sent their engines to MM? No, I didn't. I don't know how you got that impression but I have a theory.
It was an example of how MM uses it's advertising budget to recruit the mechanically ignorant, and folks who know better act as accomplices by ignoring the facts because of $$$$$.
IIRC they used to advertise in Panorama also. Lots O' PCA members out there and many of em aren't familiar with wrenches.
Letters were written to PCA about that, PCA said basically it was none of our business.
