In fact it is made of two hollow aluminum frames and a plastic hollow barrier in between, so you get three chambers.
I've worked for a company that made and installed aluminum doors and windows.
They only used Reynaers profiles.
Reynaers makes about the alumuninum profiles (for windows and doors) you can buy.
Also keep in mind that the surface of the frame is a lot less than that of the glass. So K value of the glass pane is more significant than that of the frame.
