If you know what kind of booze they like, a few bottles of that would be the most appreciated personalized gift. Otherwise, nothing can compete with cash. The main thing I spend money on is going out and partying. It gets expensive quick. That or I buy electronics or outdoor gear, and most of that stuff exceeds your budget.
A nice bottle of 12 year old Glenlivet, and a case of some good beer would be a great present for me.
