Wow.

When I was in college ('96-'00), when I lived in the dorms (thus food and housing were paid for), a cup at a party wa $3 for all you could drink (usually The Beast or Keystone or Busch Light). So $6 to get wasted twice a week. That works out to $48 a semester.

Of course, we would often "stay in" to drink in the winter. A 30-pack of Natural Ice was around $10. So split 3 ways with tax, that worked out to around $4 to get drunk...
