Brian, Skyline stock cooler is such a shape that other end is slightly "shorter" than other and if I place those "short" ends in opposite direction once coolers are mated, this combo fits inside wing and I do not need to do further modification

Skyline cooler looks like good stuff, it has nice fins and also fins inside core tubes i.e. increasing heat transfer area.
Regarding exhaust, let me study a bit more whole lot I got (bought whole 993 EG setup so there are some spare pipes to be used and some heating pipes made aluminum looks like perfect pieces to intercooler project). So, I am not sure what I still need.
