Jeff, on the subject of Norwegian roads, I admit I have only been to Norway once. Some 15 years ago. I would have thought they had improved the roads since then. I remember two things from that trip. The roads have not improved in 15 years, trust me. when they do build a stretch of new road, they build it with 2 lanes (yes, ONE in each direction) with a center divider so that no one can pass - thus less chances of anyone getting hurt...
