I use Norton Internet Security and have never had a problem.

However, I previously tried Norton 360 and it absolutely sucked. Besides taking forever to boot up, it comes with a backup system that is totally too small and then hounds you to subscribe for more space - for additional cost. After numerous norton spams, I deleted the program and bought Internet Security - which I had used in the past. It's basic antivirus protection and seems to do the job.
