I go to a Supercuts. My local one is staffed mostly by 20 somethings without much direction in life, or the the wives of local high-earners.
The girl who usually cuts my hair, Lena, is six months from finishing her accounting degree and is pestering me for a job (though I have no hiring ability). (She's also pretty easy on the eyes...)
I think it's a good mix staff-wise of wisdom and youth. I used to go to the local BoRic's and all of the people there were beat down by life and didn't care anymore. I was very happy when a new place opened up...
