Use a impact type of socket and a breakerbar atleast 2'. Then jump on it or use a piece of pipe over the bar to extend it. Lots of PB Blaster too.
Cost me $20 to have the studs pressed in by a machine shop. I wouldn't use a BFH to bang them in. Use the BFH to beat the wheel bearings out though....haha great fun taking those out!
