Most states have a law regarding negligent homocide. Basically it's an act, not amounting to a criminal act, that results in the death of another. I understand ur point,,,I mean,,,she lost her daughter and I don't see what good prosecuting her would be. Highly unlikely that she'll serve any time in jail, but I guess that's not the point. Sad story.
