i really dont give a crap if i hurt his feelings, all hes doing is "putting lipstick on a pig" on that house. its a 2.5 acre county parcel zoned R-43 and ANYJUAN with an IOTA of a brain cell would have bulldozed the POS dilapidated POS home down and built (1) mega home on the 1.25 acre parcel and if he had the bucks built a second 1.25 mega home and laughed all the way to the bank cuz its county and you CAN SUB out a 2.5 acre parcel like that.
man i remember when we used to shoot .308's off the porch at mean viscious bunny wabbits that were attacking us, ride dirt bikes right out the driveway legally, rev the score 1/2-1600 racey car up at 3am after rebuilding motor or tranny at 3am, have boondocker bonfire parties here and other youthful shennagins and not a harsh word was spoken.
