For a few $ you can get a noid like to check that the injectors are being pulsed. If you are smelling raw fuel, I suspect you are getting fuel and not getting spark.
I'd bet it is the harness itself (can you pull the coil pack and ground an extra spark plug and see what happens? A good way to test would be to pull the fuel pump fuse, so it won't run and you are not dumping raw fuel.
Unless each coil has a driver within the ECU? If so, maybe the driver circuitry is dead on two cylinders.
